Hosting and technical delivery
This website is delivered via bunny.net, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. When you access the site, bunny.net processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred and - where transmitted by your browser - browser information and referrer.
This processing serves the technical delivery of the website, ensuring its stability and security, and defending against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The optional detailed storage of CDN access logs and the permanent storage of logs are disabled.
bunny.net acts as our processor. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with bunny.net.
Delivery may take place via servers of the worldwide CDN network. Information on the sub-processors used and, where applicable, on safeguards for data transfers outside the EEA follows from the data processing agreement concluded with Bunny and its sub-processor list. Contacting us by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (in particular your email address, your name and the content of your message) solely in order to handle your enquiry.
We use Apple's iCloud Mail to receive and manage business email. The controller for users in the EEA is Apple Distribution International Limited, Cork, Ireland. Processing may also take place through Apple Inc. in the USA. Apple provides information on the safeguards used for this, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses, in its privacy policy.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete this data as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Cookies, tracking and analytics
As things currently stand, this website sets no cookies or comparable technologies that are not technically necessary. It uses no analytics or tracking services, embeds no third-party content and creates no user profiles. No cookie banner is therefore required at present.
Should any of these technologies be used in future, this privacy policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be obtained beforehand.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the following rights, where the respective statutory conditions are met: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
